General Terms and Conditions of Use
The purpose of these General Conditions is to define the terms and conditions governing the section “My Account” of the Lingua Attack website.
Article 1 - Purpose
The purpose of these terms of use is to determine relations between Lingua Attack and “the user” of the service, as well as the conditions applicable to any use of the section “My Account”.
Entertainment Learning may change these Terms of use at any time by updating this webpage. No change can be retroactive.
The use of the account implies the user’s complete acceptance and without any reservation from the regulation with no possibility of claim, no matter the motive. The user accepts and agrees to the present conditions of use in their entirety, on a preliminary basis of the use of the account. Any access and/or use of the account implies the unconditional acceptance and respect of all the terms of the present general terms and conditions of use.
These terms constitute the entire agreement between the Service and the User. Any user who does not comply with these conditions of use has to refrain from using the Service.
The services of Entertainment Learning reserves the right to suspend or refuse, at any time, the use of the account.
In the event of interruption, Entertainment Learning SAS will not be held responsible for any ensuing consequences that the user may suffer.
Article 2 - Definitions
- User : The User is any person who uses the website or any of the services offered on the website.
- Contents User : The term “Content User” indicates data given by the user in any website section.
- Password : The “Password” is confidential information kept secret by the User, allowing him/her, to prove his/her identity when he/she wants to log in.
Article 3 - Access to the service
The service may be accessed free of charge by any user with internet access.
The User has sole responsibility for all information and data that he/she send to set up his/her account. The User should preserve the confidentiality of his/her account and monitor on regular basis using of his/her access.
The User will inform Lingua Attack of any fraudulent or improper use of his/her account. Entertainment Learning SAS reserves the right to modify or block the user account after notifying the interested.
The User is prohibited from transmitting any term or data that might constitute crimes or offences under the French legislation, and specifically, incitement to discrimination, hostility or violence, contempt of court and breach of moral standards, defamation or insults, invasion of privacy.
Article 4 - Personal Data management
Information entered by the user on this website is intended exclusively for creating an account on Lingua Attack. This recording is carried out on user initiative for the creation of the account.
Commercial use of data collected through this website is prohibited.
Only administrators of Lingua Attack have access to all data that is collected through this website.
In accordance with “Computing and Liberties” law, the User has the right to access and correct any personal data about himself.
Any user of the website has a right of access to the personal data collected on their account. The User can, at any time, submit a written request for deletion of their registration by e-mail contact@lingua-attack.com. Entertainment Learning SAS engages in answering all messages in less than a week from the date that the e-mail is sent.
Article 5 - Liability and guarantees
The User has sole liability for all costs relating to access to the Service whether these are equipment, software or Internet access costs. The User has sole responsibility for the proper functioning of their computer equipment and internet access. Entertainment Learning SAS reserves the right to refuse access to the Service, unilaterally and without prior notice, to any User who does not comply with these conditions of use.
Entertainment Learning SAS shall implement all reasonable means at its disposal to ensure quality access to the Service, but is under no obligation to achieve this.
Entertainment Learning SAS may not, moreover, be held responsible for any network or server malfunction or any other event that may not be reasonably considered to be under its control, which may prevent or reduce access to the Service. Entertainment Learning SAS reserves the right to interrupt, temporarily suspend or modify all part of the Service without prior notice, to carry out maintenance work or for any other reason, with the interruption providing no grounds for any obligation or compensation.

The Lingua Attack site, and its content in particular, are protected by laws in force in France.
The general structure, texts, images, whether animated or not, programs, softwares, and all the elements of this website are the exclusive property of Entertainment Learning SAS and are copyrighted.
Total or partial reproduction of the website, by any process, without the express authorization of Entertainment Learning SAS is prohibited and shall constitute a punishable infringement.
Trademarks, commercial names and any other distinctive sign displayed on this website are registered trademarks, unless otherwise specified. Total or partial reproduction of these trademarks or logos using elements of the website without the express authorization of Entertainment Learning SAS is prohibited under Article L713-2 of the Penal Code.

Article 8 - Sanctions
The Managing service reserves the right to take any action it deems appropriate against any user offender, according to it, the provisions of the legislation or these Terms. This may include, in particular, warnings addressed to the user concerned, deletion of his/her account or legal actions.
Article 9 - Litigation
Any litigation related to interpretation or performance of these Terms will be the exclusive jurisdiction of French courts.
